Hiyayakko chilled tofu (V) (G.F)

This very simple dish of fresh silken tofu dressed with grated ginger, spring onions and gluten free soya sauce is a very refreshing dish and a good palette cleanser.
It was my go to when I was craving Japanese food! 
Both vegan & gluten free!
